Andrew began his journey with Flyer Enterprises during the spring semester of his freshman year when he was hired as a Sales Associate at Brown Street Bistro. From the moment he applied, Andrew recognized his interest in becoming a manager for the division, and this ambition only grew as he worked there over the past couple of years. His passion for ensuring the efficiency and upkeep of Brown Street Bistro led him to pursue the Operations Manager position, where he is eager to enhance the overall operations and training processes within the division. He is excited to collaborate with the management team this year and contribute to the success of BSB!

Mary Carol Kraus
Director of Human Resources

Mary Carol started working at Flyer Enterprises when she was hired at Brown Street Bistro at the start of her freshman year. Mary Carol was immediately drawn to the culture at BSB and knew she wanted to become more involved. She saw a management position as a way to grow and serve the community she cherishes. With a great passion for her coworkers, BSB, and FE, Mary Carol is so excited to work with the rest of the management team and contribute to BSB's success!

Emersyn Rindler
Director of Marketing

Emersyn started working at Brown Street Bistro during her first semester as a freshman and quickly became involved with FE. Wanting to take on more responsibility, and pursue her creative side, she sought out for a manager position to develop leadership skills and contribute to Flyer Enterprises in a meaningful way. She is excited to help create a positive work environment and looks forward to gaining valuable experience in her new role.

Michael Menard
Product Manager

Michael started at Brown Street Bistro back in September of his freshman year at UD. He wanted to be a manager to gain experience in a leadership position while simultaneously increasing profits at Bistro. Michael looks forward to collaborating with other managers, creating new menu items, and introducing new products for the enjoyment of the customer.
