Sydney was hired at Heritage Coffeehouse in April of her freshman year. Drawn to its welcoming culture and strong sense of community, she quickly developed a deep appreciation for the friendships she formed and saw a leadership role as an opportunity to give back to Flyer Enterprises. Passionate about gaining real-world experience while balancing her studies, Sydney pursued a managerial position to contribute to the growth of Heritage and further develop her professional skills. She is grateful to be part of such a close-knit division and looks forward to growing alongside an incredible team.

Cate started working at Heritage first semester of her Freshman year. She quickly gained a deep appreciation for this special organization, recognizing the unique culture and opportunities for growth within it. Inspired by the dedication and leadership of previous managers, she aspired to take on a management role to contribute to the team's success and development. Cate is eager to collaborate with an incredible team, strengthen her leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact!

Olivia Kamarec

Olivia got hired at Heritage at the end of her freshman year of college. Her entire life she has had a huge passion for coffee and has hopes to open up her own coffee shop after graduating from Dayton. Because of this passion, she knew from the start she wanted to get as involved in FE as she could and become a manager. Olivia is extremely excited to show her love for marketing and coffee through her posts on social media and in Heritage.

Max Garbsch

Max started his FE journey at The Blend during the second semester of his freshman year. He had always wanted to move up into management ever since he was hired, and this will be his third year in a management role. Max is incredibly excited to work with the rest of the management team to continue the positive revenue growth at Heritage!
