Billy is a sophomore management major with a double minor in entrepreneurship and insight selling. He was hired at The Chill in the fall of his freshman year, became one of the General Managers in October, and currently serves as the Operations Manager of the Blend. Billy is passionate about developing teams, solving challenges, and driving success, and one of the reasons he wanted to become a manager is to create a positive environment for his employees and the community. Having seen the impact that being involved in FE has had on those around him, he’s motivated to create a similar environment where individuals can thrive. Billy is excited to bring fresh ideas, connect with everyone, and make a meaningful impact at The Blend!

Abby started working at The Blend her first semester freshman year and it is the first organization she joined on campus. She wanted to be a manager to give back to an organization that had done so much for her and to act as a mentor and resource for new hires! She is excited to get to meet and train all of the new additions to The Blend.

Mia began her journey with Flyer Enterprises during her freshman year as a sales associate for The Blend and The Blend Express, where she quickly developed a deep passion with the division. Encouraged by her supportive coworkers and driven by her enthusiasm for The Blend, she took on a managerial role to further contribute to its success. Now, as the Director of Marketing, she is eager to bring her creativity and strategic vision to life, shaping the division’s future. Mia is grateful for this opportunity and looks forward to collaborating with the management team to drive growth and innovation at The Blend and Flyer Enterprises!

Carrigan started at The Blend in August of her sophomore year. She wanted to be in management to help make The Blend even better and to make further connections with her coworkers. She is excited to help reduce waste and bring more products people love to The Blend.
